Pricing and GST
All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. Sale prices are based on savings from regular price.
All prices are subject to change and prices displayed are only valid online at the time shown.
Lowes Menswear will communicate with you about your order by email and phone. By registering or ordering on Lowes Back to Work you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may send you marketing material about offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe via the link on the email communication to internetstore.com.au.
Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. Lowes Menswear reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched by Lowes Menswear. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order but may return the order.
Lowes Menswear reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery.
Lowes Menswear offers shipping within Australia. The delivery times as agreed with providers is 24 – 48 hours turnaround for most states and 48 hours throughout WA. The delivery times provided are estimates only.
It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
Lowes Menswear will not be accountable for late deliveries or loss or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Returns and Refunds
You may return items purchased at Back to Work portal for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund items must be in an unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition and in their original undamaged packaging and labelling.
If the products are not within original condition, or close there too, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy and will only be made to the original 21 day account used for payment. Lowes Menswear will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service Team.
Lowes covers the additional costs of courier services for all returns and exchanges. However, sometimes when the courier arrives at an employment provider they are turned away without collecting the goods for a variety of reasons. Due to this, the rebooking of a courier to collect returns and exchanges will incur a $15 service fee billable to your account to cover this cost.
